Partners
You make the introduction. We scope it, price it, deliver it and sign it — and you sit in the room
for all of it. When you have watched enough engagements to defend a classification yourself, you deliver,
and you set the price.
No exclusivity, either direction.
Why channel
Your clients are deploying AI faster than they can govern it, and they are asking you about it because you are who they trust. Building an AI governance practice means a framework, a methodology, a scoring model, a platform, and someone who can defend a classification to an auditor. That is a year of work. This is the alternative.
AegisPoint scopes it, prices it, contracts for it, delivers it and signs it. Your client knows exactly who we are, and you sit in the engagement alongside us.
A share of the fees we collect, stated in the referral agreement and paid when the client pays. It is a referral share, not a revenue share on delivery — you are not delivering yet.
Start with a single referred assessment. Move to delivering yourself when you have shadowed enough engagements to defend a classification. No exclusivity required either way.
Your client consents in writing, by name, in the engagement scope — and can withdraw at any point without giving a reason. Every interviewee is told who is in the room. You observe; you do not score. It is the same discipline we sell, and you will see it applied to you.
Partner enablement, brandable artifacts, an escalation path and commercial terms are built alongside the first partner whose volume justifies them, to their requirements. We are not going to publish a date for something that depends on you.
What you're introducing
A 2–3 week engagement mapping the client's AI usage and scoring governance maturity across five domains, on evidence rather than self-report, ending in a board-ready baseline.
Governance policies, acceptable-use frameworks and compliance documentation aligned to NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001, and anchored to the obligations that apply to them — with an accountable owner named against each.
A standing governance programme — policy coverage evaluation, risk scoring and compliance reporting, reviewed on a set cadence with the consultant. The monitoring and policy-coverage agents that will run it continuously are in build, with no release date published. The recurring-revenue half of the motion.
Audit-ready artifacts and maturity scorecards that give leadership visibility into AI risk — the thing the board asked for and nobody could produce.
Who this is for
Different motions, same delivery kit
How it runs
You introduce us to a client asking about AI governance. There is no onboarding programme to complete first and no certification to hold.
AegisPoint contracts with the client and is named to them throughout. You attend the conversation that sets the scope.
You sit in kickoff, the interviews and the executive briefing, with the client's written consent. You see how a classification is defended.
